Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective internal controls and compliance frameworks are in place.
Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard company assets.
Team Development
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Professional Certifications: CPA, CFA, or similar qualification is highly desirable.
Experience: 10 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, with a proven track record in financial strategy and operations.
Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance.
Leadership: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
