Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years in business intelligence or data analysis, with leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience managing large datasets (billions of rows/terabytes).
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R).
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Requirements:

Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Expertise in database management and data architecture principles.
Experience delivering high-quality, visually compelling reports and dashboards.
Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics.

Lead data analysis and uncover actionable insights.
Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align insights with strategic goals.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
