We are seeking a Senior Buyer with strong construction and civils buying experience, as well as expertise in BuildSmart and CCS systems. This role involves managing procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory to ensure smooth operations within the Manufacturing Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage purchase orders based on demand and inventory levels.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding order confirmations, updates, and changes.
• Coordinate shipping logistics, customs clearance, and goods receipt.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage safety stock.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.

Requirements:

• Matric with 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within construction or civils.
• Must have BuildSmart and CCS experience.
• Strong supplier management and procurement decision-making skills.
• Proven communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in international trade regulations and customs clearance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Syspro knowledge is an advantage.
• Preferably under 55 years of age.
