Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels (email, chat, phone)

- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Utilize ticketing systems to track and escalate customer issues

- Collaborate with internal teams (from various departments) to resolve complex customer issues

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful support

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in the gambling sector or similar industry

- Experience with ticketing systems and escalation procedures

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
