Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their dynamic finance team. This pivotal role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting processes, enabling strategic decision-making within a fast-paced environment.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum of 8 years post-articles experience, with a proven track record in a similar role
Extensive experience in group reporting and consolidations
Proficiency in working with foreign exchange (forex) will be advantageous
Strong technical accounting knowledge and an analytical mindset

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of group reporting and consolidations across multiple entities
Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards
Develop and implement reporting frameworks, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial statements
Provide strategic insights to senior management by analyzing financial performance and trends
Manage the foreign exchange (forex) transactions and reporting processes
