Role: Project Manager I

Industry: Engineering / Project Management / Consulting

Level: Intermediate (5+ years experience)

Key Requirements:

•           Undergraduate degree or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Environmental, Business or related discipline

•           5+ years work experience, including 2 years in consulting and/or project management

•           Experience with project financial tracking, change management, and scope management

•           Knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMI)

•           Experience identifying and mitigating project risks and developing risk registers

•           Strong expertise in project planning, numerical tracking, and analysis (MS Excel or similar tools)

•           Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.)

•           Proven experience in managing multi-discipline teams

•           Strong understanding of client and subcontractor management

•           Excellent communication and organizational skills

•           Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage small project teams and foster collaboration

•           Ability to make sound decisions under pressure

•           Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage project expectations effectively

•           Highly organized with a focus on attention to detail
