They are a leading property and infrastructure development company, and they’re on the lookout for a professionally registered Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Requirements:

·        Registered with ECSA as a Professional Quantity Surveyor.

·        Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.

·        Construction site experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

·        Implement and adhere to all site financial systems that contribute commercially to the performance of the contracts 

·        Agree interim and final re-measurements for the project with client’s quantity surveyors and subcontractors

·        Prevent areas of conflict between the company and the client’s quantity surveyors

·        Mentor, develop and motivate junior quantity surveyors and trainees to improve performance and to directly contribute to achieving successful completion of all projects
