About the Role
As a Finance Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring that our bold projects run smoothly. You’ll help manage invoices, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring everything is in order behind the scenes so we can continue delivering unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Assist with bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
• Support budget tracking and reporting for various projects
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end financial processes
• Prepare weekly payment runs for authorization and bank entry
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations and monthly credit card reconciliations
• Handle VAT accounting in Xero (Accounts Receivable & Payable)
• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in finance or accounting, with VAT experience
• Skills: Proficiency in Xero, Excel, & Google Sheets
• Experience: Handling multi-currency transactions
• Traits: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills
• Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable setting
• Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills
