Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of sewing operators and production staff.
Plan and schedule production orders to meet deadlines and production targets.
Ensure all production processes adhere to quality standards and specifications.
Monitor and communicate inventory levels of materials and supplies with the
relevant department.
Train new employees on sewing techniques, equipment operation, and safety
procedures.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, such as design and quality control, to ensure
seamless production processes.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
1. Operational Management:
Oversee and manage night-shift production processes, including sewing, printing,
and hardware assembly.
Ensure all scheduled production targets are met within the allocated timeframes.
Monitor the use of machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and
minimal downtime.
2. Team Leadership:
Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of night-shift staff, including production
operators and support staff.
Conduct shift briefings, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication across
teams.
Provide hands-on support and problem-solving during production challenges.
3. Quality Assurance:
Ensure products meet company quality standards for design, printing, and assembly.
Conduct regular checks and inspections to maintain high-quality output.
Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies promptly.
4. Safety and Compliance:
Enforce all health and safety regulations on the factory floor.
Conduct safety drills and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and
equipment.
Report any accidents, incidents, or near-misses and implement corrective measures.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production output, shift performance, and staff
attendance.
Provide detailed reports to the Operations Manager on nightly activities, challenges,
and achievements.
Coordinate inventory checks and monitor stock levels for raw materials and supplies.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve production efficiency.
Collaborate with management to implement best practices and innovation in
processes.
Train staff on new techniques, tools, and protocols as needed

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
Qualification in a related field or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as a Production/Sewing Manager or similar role in a
manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of sewing techniques, machinery, and equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office
