Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and coordinate the activities of sewing operators and production staff.

 Plan and schedule production orders to meet deadlines and production targets.

 Ensure all production processes adhere to quality standards and specifications.

 Monitor and communicate inventory levels of materials and supplies with the

relevant department.

 Train new employees on sewing techniques, equipment operation, and safety

procedures.

 Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

 Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

 Collaborate with other departments, such as design and quality control, to ensure

seamless production processes.

 Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

 Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.

 Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

and hardware assembly.

 Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of night-shift staff, including production

operators and support staff.

 Conduct shift briefings, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication across

 Ensure products meet company quality standards for design, printing, and assembly.

 Conduct regular checks and inspections to maintain high-quality output.

4. Safety and Compliance:

 Enforce all health and safety regulations on the factory floor.
