Our client in the bureau industry is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior BI Analyst to join their team. You will lead advanced data analysis and reporting initiatives, transforming massive datasets into actionable insights that guide our organization’s strategic decision-making.

They are looking for someone with expertise in large datasets (billions of rows, terabytes of data), a passion for analytics, and the ability to create compelling, data-driven reports and dashboards.

KPA's:

Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of consumer data from massive datasets, uncovering deeper insights to drive business decisions.
Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports, focusing on strong reporting and analytics to track KPIs and inform business growth strategies.
Mentor junior analysts.
Deliver compelling, interactive dashboards and presentations that communicate complex insights effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
5+ years in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field, including leadership responsibilities.
Expertise in large datasets and advanced proficiency with tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and R.
Proven skills in data warehousing, database management, and translating raw data into actionable insights.
Ideally, experience working in a bureau (with no restraint of trade).
