We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and events industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing excellent customer service and support to clients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel and event reservations
- Assist customers with booking flights, accommodations, event tickets, and other travel-related services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information on travel destinations, events, and other related services
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in regulations related to travel and events
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within the travel and events industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
(Willing to travel camp style.)
