Responsibilities:

·       Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions

·       Process purchase orders, invoices and payments

·      As a Financial Accountant, reporting directly to the Directors, your expertise will support the organization's financial stability and ensure compliance.

• Cashbooks, bank reconciliations, and allocation of deposits.
• Invoicing
• Overseeing taxation and payroll functions
• Managing BBBEE certification process.
• Performing VAT calculations, reconciliations, submissions and payments on the cash basis.
• Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers.
• Trial balances and annual financial statements.
• Producing monthly management accounts.
• Preparing annual financial statements
• Assist with the external audit process.
• Assist in compiling departmental budgets.
• Ledger accounts reconciliations.
• Maintaining the CSD database.
• Completing and submitting vendor forms.
• Communication with all relevant stakeholders.
• Replying to all financial queries.
