Job Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organized and proactive Client Service Administrator to join a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process various administrative duties, including completing forms for risk and investment applications, and handling tasks like new business, switches, redemptions, debit order changes, and client servicing requests.
- Handle inquiries regarding portfolios, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate with product providers to obtain statements, tax certificates, and other essential documents.
- Prepare and organize meeting files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external providers.
- Resolve queries proactively and provide high-quality service at all times.
- Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Assist with the coordination of company functions, events, and meetings.
- Support the winding up of estates, ensuring thorough follow-up with relevant parties and keeping all parties updated.
- Ensure proper storage of documents and maintain accurate records in the company’s systems.

Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: A relevant qualification in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in client services, administration, or a financial services environment is advantageous.
- IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or office management systems.
