- Inventory: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Order Processing: Coordinate the receipt, processing, and shipment of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming goods for quality, handle damaged goods, and maintain quality standards.
- Safety and Compliance: manage the safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Team Supervision: Oversee warehouse staff, assign tasks, and manage workflows.
- Data Management: maintain record-keeping, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Customer Service: Liaise with clients and handle inquiries related to orders and inventory
- Assisting with Online orders
- Picking, Packing and Dispatching
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse administration or a related field.
- Computer literate including MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook & Explorer, POS would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- MUST have a Valid driver's license
- Inventory management and control.
- Order processing and logistics.
- Quality control and assurance.
- Team leadership and supervision.
- Data analysis and reporting.
Working hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
2 x Saturday per month
