A well established Resturant based in Pretoria is seeking a Chef.
Duties:
Menu Planning: Design and plan menus that align with restaurant concepts and customer preferences.
Food Preparation: Create and prepare a variety of Indian dishes using traditional and modern techniques.
Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, manage junior kitchen staff, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Ingredient Selection: Select and source high-quality ingredients.
Training: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and presentation.
Creativity: Develop new dishes and update the menu as needed.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum of 5 years working in a similar position .
- Must have experience in Indiamn Cusine
