Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3-4 years’ experience in an FMCG environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes within the beverage sector
• Proven ability to manage and lead production teams effectively
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid experience with quality control, health and safety compliance, and continuous improvement practices
