Job Description:
Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the group and its subsidiaries
 Ensuring accuracy and compliance with international financial reporting standards
Overseeing the consolidation of financial statements for multiple branches across Africa
Ensuring proper elimination of inter-company transactions and accurate group-level reporting
Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
Analysing variances and providing insights on financial trends and performance
Offering financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management
Highlighting key performance indicators and recommending strategies for improving financial performance
Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Monitoring and managing the group’s cash flow
Ensuring effective working capital management and maintaining adequate liquidity for operational needs
Coordinating with external auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of annual audits
Overseeing the preparation of tax filings
Continuously evaluating and enhancing financial systems and processes
Collaborating closely with finance and operational teams across various branches
Preparing ad-hoc financial reports as requested by management
 
Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of post-article experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools

Qualification:
Completed SAICA articles
Bcom Honours
