Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in short-term insurance, expense analysis, or incentive structures.

Competencies and Skills:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in SQL, SSAS, Oracle, Python, R, Excel, or Power BI is advantageous.
• Agile mindset, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
