Drive Risk Strategy for a Global Brand in Namibia – Seeking a Chief Risk Officer with Credit Risk Expertise!We are collaborating with a fast-growing global brand in Namibia, and we're looking for a talented Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to join their leadership team. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced risk professional with a strong credit risk management background to shape the risk strategy of an expanding business within a prestigious, internationally recognized brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of the company’s risk management framework, policies, and procedures.
Provide expert guidance on risk mitigation strategies, ensuring the organization’s objectives and risk tolerance align.
Work closely with senior management to provide strategic risk insights and support decision-making.
Ensure all risk management processes are integrated into business operations and align with the company’s growth ambitions.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

MUST have a minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management, with a significant focus on credit risk.
Proven expertise in risk analysis, strategic risk management, and the ability to oversee complex risk landscapes.
Relevant academic qualifications in risk management, finance, economics, or a related field (e.g., CFA, FRM, or equivalent).
A strong understanding of financial products, credit evaluation, and the broader market risks.
Experience in a senior risk management role, ideally within a global or rapidly growing business.
A Namibian citizen or permanent resident, fluent in English.
