Key Responsibilities:
• Service and maintain material handling equipment, ensuring forklifts meet specified standards and adhere to established procedures by delivering high-quality service and maintenance.
• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, effectively communicating necessary repairs to the customer and/or supervisor.
• Maintain detailed vehicle maintenance and operational records by promptly updating and communicating relevant information.
