As a Key Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's portfolio of corporate and school clothing accounts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality control, and bringing in new business opportunities. This position requires a deep understanding of the textile industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Oversee the sales process, from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
- Responsible for the Quality Control department. Ensure the highest standards of quality control for all garments received and delivered.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their orders and any potential issues.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that client specifications and quality standards are met.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Consumer Studies, Fashion, Textiles, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the textile industry, with a focus on corporate and school clothing.
- Strong sales and client liaison skills, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Own vehicle is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the corporate and school clothing industry.
- Knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
