Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
Manage budgets, financial plans, and operational costs to achieve business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the hotel team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Solid understanding of hotel management software and financial practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
