Duties for Farm Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Manage all aspects of the farm, including orchards, gardens, vegetables, animals, game,
- maintenance, and business operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring effective delegation, support, and performance management.
- Develop and implement production plans to optimise yield and quality.
- Oversee and manage crop production tasks, including irrigation, fertilisation, pest control, and harvesting
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and drive cost efficiency without compromising quality or guest experience
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for the farming division.
- Ability to manage small improvement projects on the farm
- Prepare and manage budgets.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective measures
