The Role

Senior IT Recruitment Consultant

Lead the recruitment cycle: From business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and placement.
Business development: Be a Hunter
Develop strong client relationships: Understand client needs and provide tailored IT recruitment solutions.
Source top IT talent: Use tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting strategies to find highly skilled candidates.
Mentor junior consultants: Share your expertise and contribute to team development.
Achieve and exceed targets: With a focus on quality delivery and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within IT or technology sectors.
A strong track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment KPIs.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and candidate pipelines effectively.
A deep understanding of IT roles and industry trends.
Self-motivation with a results-driven attitude.
