A leading, well-established high-speed packaging company in the Western Cape is seeking a passionate Junior Engineer to join their innovative team.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3 – 5 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in the packaging industry.
Strong understanding of high-speed packaging machinery and automation processes.
Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and modeling.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
