A rapidly expanding business are seeking a detail-oriented JSE Analyst to join their team.

This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, providing expert guidance, and supporting clients in navigating the JSE Listings framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with JSE Listings Requirements, securities regulations, the Companies Act, and corporate governance standards.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and supporting documentation to effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and progress.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, the JSE, and the Takeover Regulation Panel (TRP), as required.
Oversee submissions to the JSE through platforms such as SENS.
Conduct in-depth analyses of JSE-listed companies to evaluate their suitability for sponsorship, corporate actions, or other transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in law, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Completion of the Sponsorship Development Programme (SDP) certificate is essential.
Strong knowledge of JSE Listings Rules and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication, analytical, and client relationship management skills.
