Capturing and reconciling bank accounts
Managing invoices for payment
Reconciling supplier accounts, credit cards, staff travel claims
Saving Bank statements and digital filing
Creating and sending debtor invoices and statements
Assist with company year-end audit and annual tax returns
Ad hoc reporting and accounting support
 
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 – 5 years finance experience
Proven Bookkeeping experience up to Balance sheet
P&L accounts
Strong Excel is non-negotiable
 
Qualification:
A BCom degree in finance or equivalent
