Are you a qualified Accountant with experience in the Automotive industry? We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join a growing team in Johannesburg. If you have a BCom in Accounting, completed articles, and 3-5 years of experience in the automotive sector, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Overseeing financial reporting and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Managing month-end and year-end closing processes
Analyzing financial data and providing strategic insights to management
Supporting the finance team with audits, tax returns, and other regulatory filings
Coordinating financial activities and driving process improvements
Assisting in the preparation and review of management reports
Providing guidance and mentorship to junior finance staff

Requirements:

BCom in Accounting
Completed articles (SAICA or equivalent)
3-5 years of experience in the Automotive industry
Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Leadership potential and team-oriented mindset
