Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
