·        Organise, coordinate and control all staff job functions to ensure staff’s continuous development and to ensure consistency in the service provided to our customers.

·        Ensure that branch total sales targets and individual internal sales targets are met.

·        Ensure that KPA’s are managed and desired results met.

·        Oversee the stores functions with the stores assistance and ensure incoming and outgoing stock controls are tightly monitored and maintained. Stock shrinkage and problems to be kept to a minimum and any problems reported on to Senior Management.

·        Coordinate weekly stock spot checks and group stock takes and report any issues to the Area OPS Manager / Senior management.

·        Ensure each aspect of the branch operation is kept to a professional standard at all times.

·        Remain fully knowledgeable and in control of the branch’s administrative systems to generate all necessary paperwork including Cash Up, CIT, Credit Notes, RTS’s, GRV’s, Delivery Notes, Filing and Archiving.

·        Ensure petty cash & cash till float balance at all times.

·        Arrange bi-monthly branch meetings with all branch employees.
