Kern doel van die pos:
Deelnemende en ondersteunende bestuur tot die winsgewendheid en volhoubare lewering van handels-en-landbouprodukte en dienste aan kliënte in ’n gegewe area\gebied.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12 (Landbou kwalifikasie sal tot voordeel strek);
- 3 - 5 jaar ondervinding in ‘n landbou omgewing;
- Geldige rybewys.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Natuurlike vermoë om in kompeterende landbou omgewing susksesvol te funksioneer;
- Syfervaardig;
- Goeie organisasie vermoë;
- Vermoë om personeel positief te beinvloed en te dissiplineer volgens die Arbeidsverhouding wet;
- Moet inisiatief kan neem;
- Sterk leierseienskappe;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office).
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Ondersteunende bestuur van administrasie;
- Ondersteuning om mark aandeel te bevorder;
- Ondersteunende bestuur tot personeel aangeleenthede;
- Ondersteunende bestuur tot voorraadbeheer;
- Ondersteunende bestuur en onderhoud van bates.
Main purpose of the position:
Participative and supportive management of the branch at a profit and providing sustainable service, trade and agricultural products in the designated area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (an agricultural qualification will be an advantage);
- 3 – 5 years experience in an agricultural environment;
- Valid drivers license.
Skills:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Natural ability to successfully function in a competitive agricultural environment;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Good numerical ability;
- Good organisational skills;
- Ability to positively influence staff and take disciplnary action in accordance with the Labour Relations Act;
- Good time management skills;
- Strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting management of administration;
- Support to promote market share;
- Supporting management to personnel matters;
- Supporting management to stock control;
- Supporting management and maintenance of assets.
