Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) as a basic qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in maintaining and optimizing production equipment and systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to improving production processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
