Our client, a prominent player in the fast-paced FMCG industry, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the technical operations within their dynamic team in Johannesburg. Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) as a basic qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
6 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
Proven track record in maintaining and optimizing production equipment and systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to improving production processes.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
