Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Manage the sales environment with a focus on productivity and revenue generation.
  
  
• Drive STI insurance sales across multiple platforms.
  
  
• Oversee onboarding and testing of new campaigns.
  
  

Team Development:

• Lead and inspire Sales Managers and Team Leaders.
  
  
• Design and implement training programs to enhance performance.
  
  
• Create a high-performance culture through incentives and celebration.
  
  

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
• Develop strategies to meet client needs and revenue goals.
  
  

Process & Financial Oversight:

• Optimize budgets, resources, and processes to meet production goals.
  
  
• Identify and implement strategies for revenue growth and premium collections.
  
  

Compliance & Continuous Improvement:

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Promote a culture of innovation to enhance operational efficiencies. 

What You’ll Need:

Qualifications:

• Matric
• Degree/Diploma advantageous
• RE, FAIS, and KI qualifications preferred.

Experience:

• 3-5 years in a similar role (Sales/Operations Manager).
• Experience managing a headcount between 40-55.
• Short-term insurance experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of success with strong references.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or as per department requirements).
