- Generate accurate reports from multiple data platforms.
- Participate in implementing processes for management information (MI) reporting systems as part of a team.
- Measure and analyze performance metrics to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify performance gaps between actual metrics and SLAs.
- Assist with resource forecasting and scheduling in line with program specifications.
- Produce daily program-specific reports.
- Flag and report deviations from schedules.
- Track program headcount and highlight potential discrepancies.
- Manage real-time shrinkage and adherence.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager as needed.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Experience in forecasting, scheduling, and adherence tracking.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in real-time reporting tools and data platforms.
