Are you a Procurement Specialist with expertise in IT procurement? Join our client, a prestigious global law firm, and play a key role in supporting their procurement function on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional eager to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end IT procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant procurement regulations.
Conduct cost analysis and identify savings opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Support stakeholders by providing insights on IT procurement strategies and market trends.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure service level agreements are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience in procurement with a focus on IT products and services.
Familiarity with procurement practices within a professional or corporate environment, preferably in the legal sector.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
