- Oversee the daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Manage the month-end closing process, including the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Analyze financial performance, highlighting trends and providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Supervise the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and assist in budgeting processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and ensure accurate cost control measures.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required.
- Support the implementation of financial process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bcom).
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, SAP, or similar) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Skills:
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
