To manage and ensure that projects are completed on time, to budget, and meet quality and safety standards. Tasks and responsibilities include: 

Planning - draw up contractual program in conjunction with QS & according to strategy, monitor activities regularly and take corrective action if necessary, review, evaluable progress

• Project management: Overseeing the project's direction, including keeping track of progress, reviewing timelines, and updating clients 
• Construction coordination: Planning and scheduling workers, and ensuring they have the right tools and materials, take disciplinary action when requried, in-training terminate lavour contracts timeously, etc 
• Safety: Conducting safety inspections, monthly safety meetings and submitting safety reports, and ensuring the site meets health and safety standards
• Site establishment: Establishing and de-establishing the site, and planning and administering the project , maintain company image on site, evaluate process regularly, etc
• Contract management: comply with contractual obligations, adhere to quality standards, evaluate cash flow from contractual program
• Material management: order materials timeously according to program and bulk orders, allocate responsibilities for receiving, storing and loss control, comply with company admin standards for ordering, receiving and documentation of material
• Permitting: Securing permits and licenses for the construction project 
• Drawings: Preparing drawings for workers to use 
• Relationships: maintain and enhance relationships and communication with all engineers, clients, suppliers
