As a Financial Manager, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the company by overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full accounting function, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant financial regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
3–5 years’ experience in a financial accounting role, preferably in IT or consulting.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
