Are you ready to shape the financial strategy of a forward-thinking, innovative technology company?

My client is a proud JSE-listed technology powerhouse, established almost 40 years ago, delivering cutting-edge solutions and driving transformation across industries. With a strong legacy of success and innovation, they are seeking a Financial Director to join their executive leadership team.

Duties:
- Oversee all financial functions, ensuring compliance with JSE regulations and IFRS standards.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide strategic financial insights to guide decision-making and business growth.
- Drive financial performance, cost efficiency, and risk management initiatives.

Education and experience:
- A Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification.
- At least 10 years of senior financial management experience, preferably within a listed / multi-national entity.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
- Experience working in a technology / IT environment
