Ensure that any maintenance issues are reported to HOD / Duty Manager
• Report any valuables eft lying around to the HOD / Duty Manager.
• Check for guest laundry in accordance with the HK laundry standard operating procedure
• Overall cleaning and tidying of occupied guestrooms according to standards
• Ensure Spa areas are cleaned daily according to Standard operating procedure
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the housekeeping storeroom / office.
• All chemicals , consumables , guest amenities , operating equipment and magazines are stored correctly
• Responsible for cleaning the stores
• Ensure that all operating equipment are cleaned and packed away in its proper place at the end of every shift
• Ensure that all breakages are reported to HOD / DM.
• Ensure that all breakable items are handled with care
• Assist in the monthly stock take of housekeeping operational equipment
