Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Millwright/Electrician Trade Test
• 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance planning, ideally within a hospital or healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of facility and equipment maintenance within a complex environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
