Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric and Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred)
3-5 years of experience in the Food FMCG industry or similar high-paced manufacturing environment
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on engineering-related projects
Strong knowledge of engineering processes, plant operations, and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
