A JSE listed dynamic and innovative leader in the financial services industry is seeking a Financial Director to join their team and drive excellence. The successful candidate will be at the helm of their financial operations, shaping the financial direction of the organization while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Duties:

Responsible for all finance operations
SOX controls
Budgeting and forecasting
Engage with divisional CFO’s
Responsible for the group’s financial reporting and consolidations, reconciliations and controls
Implement processes, controls and systems

Education and Experience:

CA(SA)
Minimum 15 years related experience
Multinational experience would be beneficial
