About the Role

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A B Eng/BSc Eng in Civil Engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer.
• At least 15 years of experience in the planning, procurement, and administration of municipal services.
• Valid driver’s license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel to remote sites.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial, quality, resourcing, scheduling, and technical risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in professional services tendering and agreements.
• Familiarity with statutory approval processes.
• Lead and manage multiple design teams, with a focus on mentoring junior staff.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire all team members.
