As the Finance Manager, your duties could include the following:
Supervise and manage project bookkeeping, including cashbook processing and journal entries
Ensure timely preparation and review of bank reconciliations
Oversee compliance for project debit cards, staff debtors and expense claims
Ensure all funder and statutory deadlines are met
Provide financial management support to programme directors
Assist departments with finance-related activities
Ensure accurate VAT accounting
Take overall responsibility for the preparation and execution of all fund-related audits
Assist with the preparation and execution of statutory audits
Ensure effective cash flow management
Oversee loan account and inter-account transfers
Ensure timely preparation and submission of all monthly expense claims and financial reports to funders
Provide insights to senior management, the board, and external stakeholders through review of project financial reports
Ensure all reports are reconciled with the underlying financial system
Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Communicate and assign high-level plans to the team
Participate in the performance review process

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 Years of post-article experience
Strong knowledge of SAP

Qualification:
Qualified CA(SA)
