Operations Manager - Guarding Division - Private Security Company

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our vibrant, fast-growing team under the guarding division within the Security Industry.

The successful candidate will need a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices and achieving the goals of the guarding division as well has have the necessary experience and expertise associated with this role.

Responsibilities and duties includes but not limited to the following:

• Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis to anticipate and mitigate potential dangers
• During and after hours client / site visits and meetings
• Compile proposals and reports
• Able to track and budget expenses
• Onsite training and daily inspections of security personel and equipment
• Investigting and resolve client complaints and queries
• Assess potential security risks and developing contingency plans
• Ensure safety and compliance with client request and site SOP
• Attend to incidents immediately
