Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be confident, resilient, and solutions-oriented. You will ensure that food safety and quality standards are consistently achieved and monitored, and contribute to meeting annual budget targets and KPIs.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a Degree or Advanced Diploma in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Studies, or a related field. You must have at least 5 years of progressive experience in food manufacturing, including a minimum of 3 years in a production or operational leadership role.
