Employer: Time Personnel
- Matric with relevant tertiary education (dietitian, nursing, Pharmacist etc.)
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years of sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex medical products in an easy-to-understand manner
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices is an advantage
- Ability to work independently
DUTIES
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including Clinical Dietitians, Oncologists, Neurologists, and other HCPs
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities and retailers to promote the company’s products and services
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Training of health care providers on how to administer products
- Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in healthcare to provide valuable insights to customers
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts
- Provide product support and respond to customer queries and feedback promptly
- Gather insights on customer needs and preferences to refine sales approaches
- Be apart of new product development
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
